Select Team Summer Recap

All 3 teams traveled to 2 local tournaments in MA and 2 others in Long Island, NY & Hershey, PA. The challenging practice environment helped each team compete in their respected divisions against teams from all over the East Coast. The Stars brought home 2 championships and appeared in an additional 4 semi finals. Thank you to all who made the sacrifices and commitment to be a Rising Stars this summer. What a ride it was and what a way to cap it off in beautiful Hershey Pennsylvania.

U-11 Compiled an impressive 16-4 record while reaching the semi-finals in Long Island and winning their division at Babson and Umass. Great job to all the players, despite their age and size they play some of the best lacrosse at every tournament. Keep up the hard work!

U-13 Made huge strides from last year and finished with their best showing to date. An overall record of 11-8 was achieved while winning their 1st 4 games in Pennsylvania and falling just short in the semi-finals vs Richmond, VA.

U-15 Year one was a great success for the U-15 team. Their first time playing together resulted in a strong 11-9 record while upsetting several Long Island based teams. Like the U-13, they closed out the summer with a win in their final match.

Thanks again to all parents, players, family and friends who made it possible for the Stars to compete with teams from 7 different states and learn some great life lessons along the way!

2011 Summer Outlook

After an extremely successful indoor season this past winter we are looking forward to the green grass and warm weather. Our U11 and U13 teams won their league championships at Fore Kicks over some great competition, while our U15 team rallied for a great finish. Our Select Players will begin practice in mid May in preparation for the summer's competition. Have great spring and any questions let us know at risingstarslax@gmail.com

- We will travel to 4 tournaments this summer including one in Long Island, NY and Hershey, PA.

- Practice 3 days a week beginning in Mid May

- Select players are provided a discount to a week of Stars Lax Camp
